Spring Polka and iNSD

Well, spring is definitely here and we've been having temperatures all over the place.  Last week it was so hot the kids wore shorts to school all week; and then Monday hit and it was flurrying.  But, to welcome spring, I made a delightfully cheerful alpha for all of your delightfully cheery layouts.
